Metabolomics Data for Astragalus mongholicus and Salvia miltiorrhiza Decoction and Drug-Containing Serum via LC-MS/MS

This dataset comprises metabolomics data obtained from Astragalus mongholicus and Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction (HDC) and its drug-containing serum using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The data include:
- C (Control serum): Blank serum without drug intervention.
- M (Herbal decoction): HDC prepared with a 2:1 weight ratio of Astragalus mongholicus to Salvia miltiorrhiza and quantified for AS-IV and SAB contents.
- T1 (Low-dose HDC serum): Serum from rats treated with low-dose HDC (0.469 g/mL).
- T2 (High-dose HDC serum): Serum from rats treated with high-dose HDC (0.938 g/mL).
Files with "POS" indicate data collected in positive ion mode, while files without "POS" represent negative ion mode. The .wiff files contain raw quantification data of AS-IV and SAB, using Carbamazepine and Salidroside as internal standards. The .mzXML files are derived spectral data for downstream analysis.
LC-MS/MS analysis was conducted using an Orbitrap Exploris 120 mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific) under specific parameters, ensuring high-resolution metabolite profiling. These data provide insights into the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic profiles of HDC and its serum metabolites.
