Description
Datasets generated for the tutorials of the Long-read Data Analysis Workshop held at UNSW (Sydney, Australia) on 27-28 September 2018.
This Long-read Data Analysis Workshop was a two-day workshop held on 27-28 September 2018 at the University of New South Wales.
The workshop aimed to introduce attendees to genome assembly using long-read data. PacBio, Oxford Nanopore and Chromium 10x approaches were covered within the workshop. Participants were given hands-on experience of using data QC and assembly tools for both PacBio and Oxford Nanopore data.
The contents of this repository correspond to the raw and pre-processed data required to follow the tutorials.
