Chromatic acclimation shapes phytoplankton biogeography: model code, model output, ancillary data

Code and data to support the publication: Mattei et al. "Chromatic acclimation shapes phytoplankton biogeography".

The repository contains the code, including specific modifications for the setup used in the paper. We used the darwin3 version of the darwin model (available at https://github.com/darwinproject/darwin3).

The repository also includes the model output, the Synechococcus pigment types spectra and the in situ data needed to reproduce the paper figures and analyses.
