Source codes and data files to reproduce figures of "Graph-structured populations elucidate the role of deleterious mutations in long-term evolution"

This repository contains all the files needed to reproduce the figures and access the corresponding data used in the manuscript. To reproduce the figures,  you first need to unzip the "Data" folder and have Jupyter and Mathematica installed on your machine.

To regenerate the figures, simply open the respective "data_plotting" Jupyter or Mathematica notebook and run it. If you would like to explore or modify the underlying code that generates the data, use the "data_generation" Jupyter notebook.
