First PSD data from NEG coating

This is I.FAST Deliverable Report D10.4 – First PSD (Photon Stimulated Desorption) data from NEG coating.

The Report summarises main achievement of Task 10.5 and includes the following:

-        - design and manufacturing of samples used withing the task,

-        - developing and implying the sample cleaning procedure,

-        - coating the samples with NEG films and testing their pumping properties,

and, finally, first PSD results obtained on SR beamlines at DLS and SOLEIL
