LPJ-GUESS Forest Carbon Emulator (Data, Models, SHAP values)
Description
The repository accompanies our JGR submission, "Emulating grid-based forest carbon dynamics using machine learning: an LPJ-GUESS application", and includes the following key components:
- Data: A collection of data sets required for training, validation and testing.
- Models: Pre-trained models for carbon stocks and fluxes, ready to be used for prediction or further analysis.
- SHAP: Pre-calculated Shapley values.
