Description

This repository contains the R code used to build the phenological models for ectothermic animals that accounts for individual slow-fast strategies. This self-contained R code includes the models functions, along with figures from the paper it is related to, and real development datasets of Copitarsia incommoda.

Notes

A random 0-24h difference was applied to the development time of every individuals at each life stage to account for temporal uncertainty (in "data/devrate_all_life_stages_temperatures.csv").
