USING BIG DATA TECHNOLOGY IN LEGAL RISKS ASSESSMENT

This study examines the use of big data in assessing potential losses resulting from non-compliance with laws and regulations.  This study analyzes the collection, distribution, modification, analysis, storage and use of large-scale data in legal risk assessment using existing and emerging technologies.
