Moore_et_al_DNMF_Dataset_2

Secondary dataset for Moore et al., Nature Communications: "Sub-cellular population imaging tools reveal stable apical dendrites in hippocampal area CA3."

Contains:

• Intermediate data analysis files necessary to reproduce figures and analyses
• One example 30 Hz sampled calcium imaging movie
• Code to run d-NMF at downsampled (1.5 Hz, d-NMF_DS) and full rate (30 Hz, d-NMF_FR)

Should be downloaded and interacted with in conjunction with "Moore_et_al_DNMF_Dataset_1"

Once both Moore_et_al_DNMF_Dataset_1 and Moore_et_al_DNMF_Dataset_2 are unzipped, move folders around such that the file structure should be

Then you can run the code MAKE_ALL_FIGURES.m to generate all the figures.
