atgdehydr_ref_model_public.m is the main code, read_interp_perplex_data_ny1000.m is a code for preparing the thermodynamic dataset for the main model, atg_data_mod2.dat is the thermodynamic data exported from Perple_X (e.g., Connolly, 2005). If all in the same folder, the main code automatically uses the other two files.
