Notitie Versterking ondersteuning van diamond open access in Nederland

This report (in Dutch) is an elaborated proposal for strengthening the diamond OA route in the Netherlands, including the conditions for organising this, as requested during the UNL-SSPG meeting of 24 June 2022. Besides giving an overview of the existing situation, this report makes recommendations for sustainable and structural support of, and transformation to, diamond OA models in the Netherlands. It further makes a concrete proposal to start a joint project in 2023.
