Data from: Effects of environmental and individual variation on time patterns of extinction in small experimental populations

This dataset includes survival data, along with all the necessary files and scripts to reproduce the analyses presented in Bakker et al. article, 'Effects of environmental and individual variation on time patterns of extinction in small experimental populations', published in the journal Oikos.

1. Survival_data.txt contains the population presence/absence data measured during the experiment

2. BP_Functions.R contains the branching process model functions

3. BP_Sensitivity.Rmd contains the sensitivity analysis of the branching process model

4. Extinction_Analysis.Rmd contains all the analyses performed and described in the article mentioned above.

5. Graphics_Functions.Rmd contains all the graphs produced for the article mentioned above.
