Graph quines in chemlambda. Experiments with chemlambda-gui

This is a collection of experiments with graph quines, in chemlambda. 

The results of the experiments are html pages, with simulations and comments.  The simulations are done with chemlambda-gui: Buliga, M. (2024). chemlambda-gui, a repository of programs for simulation of chemlambda chemistries. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14110001

The structure of the repository is the following: 

• quines.html is the entry page
• the folder html contains the other pages
• the folder mol contains the molecules used for the simulations, in mol file format
• the folder scripts contains the scripts used, adapted from chemlambda-gui. Please read how-to-use-scripts.txt for instructions
