INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION STANDARDS AND ISSUES OF THEIR IMPLEMENTATION

This article examines international standards for combating corruption and their implementation into national legislation. In particular, the content of the UN Convention against Corruption, the laws of the European Union against corruption and other international documents, their goals and objectives have been analyzed. The issues of implementing international standards in national legislation and their solutions were also discussed. The article emphasizes the importance of international cooperation in the effective fight against corruption.
