Description

This dataset contains data of non-university teachers collected by paper and pencil at the workplace. These data were collected the professor Mary Sandra Carlotto in the south of Brazil. The participation in the study was voluntary and anonymous. Prior to the start of the assessment the school principal was contacted to obtain the authorization to carry out the study and design the data collection. Teachers were informed about the purpose of the study, and it was clarified that their participation would not result in any individual or organizational assessment consequences. The questionnaire was distributed to teachers at the beginning of their workday, and they were asked to submit the completed questionnaire by placing it in a box in the teachers’ room at the end of the day.
