These data are related to the published paper 

"Effect of operating conditions on food waste fermentation to enhance VFA production and propionic acid selectivity ". 

Experimental conditions and metabolite measurements are provided, together with the list of OTU found after 16S rDNA sequencing. The html output of R code are also given to visualise the statitical analysis and the representations of the data
