This first release leverages data mining and natural language processing to explore ingredient-property relationships in seaweed-based bioplastics.

This release includes:

Jupyter notebooks for co-occurrence matrix analysis and experiments with MatBERT. A comprehensive master list of abstracts used in the study. Search terms applied to gather scientific literature.
