Distribution in Guinea-Bissau (Administrative Regions): 1) QUN, TOB.
Historic records:
“ Guinée portugaise ” (without precise locality) (LaFerté-Sénectère 1849 sub Stenidia cyanea);
Coli (Quebo) (TOB), Cufada (QUN) (Serrano 2009a).
Material examined: Jemberem (IBAP) (11º 14´08.32´´ N, 15º 02´18.25´´ W, 29 m alt.) (TOB), 13.VII.2009, 1 male, LT, A. Serrano leg., ASC; Indjassen (P.N. Lagoas da Cufada) (11º 41´35.62´´ N, 15º 00´03.62´´ W, 23 m alt.) (QUN), 16.VII.2009, 1 male, 1 female, LT, A. Serrano leg., ASC.
Remarks. The species is known only from four West African countries (Serrano 2009a; Lorenz 2021). It was described from the old “ Guinea portugaise” by LaFerté-Sénectère (1849) without precise localities and then reported later from two localities in Guinea-Bissau by Serrano (2009a). All the adult specimens were captured by LT within semi-humid forests (Table 1).
