Am 3. und 4. Mai 2023 fand an der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz die „Netz-werk-Tagung „Spannungsfeld Erneuerbare Energie und Schutz der Biodiversität“ statt.
Die Veranstaltung gliederte sich in die Themenblöcke
Block 0: Junges Forum,
Block 1: Einführung in die Tagung,
Block 2: Herausforderung Erneuerbare Energie und Schutz der Biodiversität,
Block 3: Herausforderung Verfahrensbeschleunigung und Schutz der Biodiversität,
Block 4: Herausforderung Flächenverfügbarkeit und Klimaschutz
Block 5: Herausforderung Energieformen / Energieträger und Biodiversität,
Block 6: Herausforderungen bei der Netz- und Trassenverfügbarkeit.
Ziel der Veranstaltung war die Darlegung der (europäischen) gesetzlichen Vorga-ben und die sich daraus ergebenden Handlungsmöglichkeiten bzgl. der Nutzung der Erneuerbaren Energien und dem Schutz der Biodiversität

Abstract

On May 3 and 4, 2023, the Johannes Kepler University Linz hosted the “Netz-werk Conference on the Tensions between Renewable Energy and Biodiversity Protection”.
The event was divided into the following thematic blocks
Block 0: Young Forum,
Block 1: Introduction to the conference,
Block 2: The challenge of renewable energy and the protection of biodiversity,
Block 3: The challenge of accelerating procedures and protecting biodiversity,
Block 4: The challenge of land availability and climate protection
Block 5: The challenge of energy forms / energy sources and biodiversity,
Block 6: Challenges in grid and route availability.
The aim of the event was to present the (European) legal requirements and the resulting options for action with regard to the use of renewable energies and the protection of biodiversity
