D5.1 Delivered trainings on research management and administration skills in the first year

This deliverable focuses on the trainings organized from the project's inception until December 31, 2021. These sessions covered topics such as project proposal writing, project planning and management, best practices for research publication within the Horizon Europe funding scheme, and public procurement processes in Serbia, all tailored to the needs of researchers from the Biosense Institute.
