Abstract: This article discusses the possibility of developing a modern information system and analyzes current computer approaches used in medical diagnostics, specifically the creation of a mobile, autonomous, and automated workspace for neurosurgeons. (AAWNH/N). The innovation involves the introduction of information support into the operational process, as well as the use of cryptographic algorithms to protect personal data within medical information systems.

Abstract: В данной статье рассматриваетсят вариант разработки актуальной информационной системы и анализируются современные компьютерные подходы, применяемые для медицинской диагностики, в частности, создание мобильного, автономного, автоматизированного рабочего места для нейрохирургов (ARMNH). Нововведение предполагает внедрение информационной поддержки в операционный процесс, а также использование криптографических алгоритмов для защиты персональных данных в рамках медицинских информационных систем.
