This study evaluates the impact of dredging the entrance channel on enhancing port productivity in Tanzania, with a specific focus on the port of Dar es Salaam.

The researcher employed a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data collection, to comprehensively understand the dredging process.
