Re-Usable Fragments - Transcription and Edition of Fragments in Ancient French and Italian

Manuscript fragments have been an integral part of many research fields. Since 19th century the growing interest in disecta membra has led to the institution of a new special branch called FRAGMENTOLOGY. The studying of fragments cannot be exclusively conduct by paleographers, it is compulsory that other domains like philology, musicology and digital humanities are able to cooperate. Our interest is directed at those manuscript fragments which are re-used as bookbinding.
