  • 1. ROR icon Yale School of Medicine

Description

A manifold learning-based method that leverages the intrinsic low-dimensional structure of MR Spectroscopic Imaging (MRSI) signals for joint spectral quantification. See related publication in Magnetic Resonance in Medicine

The available code consists of MATLAB®-based scripts and functions along with corresponding example simulated datasets.
