Anhoraeomorphus ankaratrae (Franz), comb. n.
Horaeomorphus ankaratrae Franz, 1986b: 160.
Remarks. The holotype (the only known specimen) is deposited in Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle, Paris and was not available for my study. Characters described by Franz, especially the illustrated aedeagus with a pair of elongate distolateral endophallic sclerites, and the male metatibiae sinuate and distally broadened leave no doubts that this species belongs in Anhoraeomorphus. According to Franz (1986b), A. ankaratrae is most similar to A. adamsoniae.
Distribution. Central Madagascar (Vakinankaratra Region).
