Description
Spatial phenotyping of tryptase in rat lung mast cells. Three-dimensional models of intracellular localization of tryptase. Technique: immunohistochemical tryptase staining. Nuclei are counterstained with DAPI. Group of H2 exposure. The cytoplasm is unevenly filled with tryptase-positive granules.
