Elaphoglossum acutifolium Rosenst., Repert. Spec. Nov. Regni Veg. 25: 60. 1928. (Fig. 26D–G)
Range: — Peru to northwestern Argentina; possibly also further north in the Andes. In Bolivia known from CH, CO, LP, SC, and TA.
Ecology: —Common; saxicolous and terrestrial on rocky and grassy slopes, roadsides, and rock faces in humid to semihumid regions; (1000–) 1500–3950 m.
