Epiphytic shrubs. Distribution in PILA 1100–1600 m, mixed forest in transition to low elevation forest, pasture. Global distribution: Guatemala to Costa Rica. Records: F. González 342 (INB).
Revisar quién determino la muestra, esa especie hasta el momento no es conocida de la Cordillera de Talamanca.
