FIGURE 1. Bayesian phylogenetic trees based on concatenated chloroplast regions (left) and the whole ITS (right). Numbers nearby branches indicate posterior probabilities and ML/MP bootstrap values. Labels are based on morphological identification. Ploidy levels of samples in Clade C and D were indicated by marks attached to the labels. *: diploids. **: tetraploids. No marked: untested. Numbers following each label correspond to the sampling numbers on Appendix 1, and the multiple numbers mean they were collapsed having the identical sequence.
