FIGURE 1 The topology shows the family relationships of the order Chaetothyriales based on analysis of a combined LSU and ITS dataset. Bootstrap values higher than 50% are shown on the left, while values of Bayesian posterior probabilities above 90% are shown on the right. New data in this study and type strains are in boldface. Branches with strong support are given in bold. The tree is rooted with Verrucaria rupestris SS043 (Verrucariaceae, Verrucariales).
