Role of strategic resilience in strengthening Iraqi women's leadership capacities

Abstract: The objective of the research is to choose the role of strategic flexibility in enhancing Iraqi women's entrepreneurial abilities. A group of academies at Kufa University selected the Faculty of Education for Girls to test the research hypotheses through a identification prepared for this purpose. The research sample included 58 deliberately responsive teaching. The problem with research was to ask intellectual questions describing reality (strategic flexibility and women's leadership capacities). The main ones were: does strategic flexibility affect the strengthening of women's leadership capacities in Iraq. The importance of field research has been demonstrated in its application to the academic education sector, which carries out educational and service activities using a range of advanced statistical methods. A number of conclusions have been drawn from the study, including: the presence of awareness among sample members of research variables and the fact that strategic flexibility increases women's leadership capacities in the academic educational institution. The study recommended, inter alia, that the strategic flexibility dimensions of this educational institution should be strengthened and adopted as a continuous and integrated working methodology supportive of competitiveness by making it an essential factor in maintaining the educational strategy's flexibility Society strategically.
