D8.13 Clustering and synergies with other EU projects

The Clustering and synergies with other EU projects report is written in the framework of WP8 Project Management (Task 8.5 Clustering and Interactions with Other Projects) of the MOVING Project under Grant Agreement No. 862739.

MOVING has been part of the H2020 Rural Cluster projects of the Rural Renaissance call (RUR01 and RUR-02), alongside SHERPA, DESIRA, RURALIZATION, and POLIRURAL. These five projects have coordinated a common action plan, joint events, information sharing and reflections on cross-cutting issues, as well as cross-participation in activities organised by each project.

MOVING's clustering actions aimed to advance knowledge on fostering connections across cross-consortia networks, ensuring that such collaborations are more impactful than the sum of their parts, and identifying enabling and blocking factors. These links are considered very relevant to the projects' legacy.

The clustering activities have been extended to include partnerships with other projects engaged in research and innovation in mountain areas, as well as European and international initiatives related to mountains. 

This deliverable highlights the various actions undertaken and other forms of result-sharing, including joint policy communication and dissemination activities and the synergies that this common work has generated.
