Digital Twin of Liver Fibrosis Pattern Formation

This is the source code used for the digital twin described in the manuscript of  "The interplay between biomechanics and cell kinetics explains fibrotic scar pattern formation in liver fibrosis". Please download and decompose the file. In addition to the source code, there is also a docker file and a README file along with the code to guide the users to install, compile and run the code.
