FACTORS OF FORMATION AND DESIGN OF MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE IN ENTERPRISES

The article describes the factors influencing the formation and design of the organizational structure of the management of industrial enterprises. Some problems of formation and design of the organizational structure of management at enterprises are also indicated. Recommendations on the effective formation and design of the organizational structure have been developed.
