Theoretical aspects of perfection of social protection of the population

In the article questions of theoretical aspects of a perfection of social protection of the population are considered. In order to further improve the system of state support for disabled people, improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, improve their education and ensure full support for their employment. In conclusion, it is concluded that all financial resources (state, commercial and private) should be concentrated in the relevant Ministry in order to realize the most ambitious (nationwide) effective social projects.
