Yeast 1-hybrid screens for upstream regulators of A. thaliana AGO1, AGO7, and AGO10: raw data and R code
Description
Data tables from plate readers from a large automated Y1H screen and smaller targeted experiments were processed with the R scripts included. Related code and output for scans of the relevant upstream sequences with DNA-binding specificity models is also included.
