NOTEWORTHY RECORDS OF BATS FROM IRAQ

(Uploaded by Plazi for the Bat Literature Project) The rare middle eastern bat species were collected from Iraq during the past six years : Rhinopoma hardwichei egstops Thomas, 1903, Eptesicus walli Thomas, 1919 and Pipistrellus r ppelli coxi Thomas, 1919. All the specimens examined are deposited in the mammal collection of the Biological Research Centre, Baghdad, Iraq.
