Description
Subject: This is an interdisciplinary lesson. It combines multiple subjects, specifically SPHE (Social, Personal & Health Education).
Abstract: This lesson raises children's awareness about the unequal distribution of the world's resources.
Lesson Plan Method: The lesson employs various instructional methods, including face-to-face learning, online learning, and collaborative learning.
Age of Students: 11-12-year-olds
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Teaching Time: 65 minutes
Learning Objectives: By completing this learning plan, students will achieve learning outcomes and develop skills such as:
- Exploring and discussing difficulties faced by some people in society.
- Realizing and beginning to understand the unequal distribution of the world’s wealth.
- Developing empathy through identifying the effects of the unequal distribution of the world’s wealth on groups of people.
