Fig. 6 A, B in Thecochaos is not a myth: study of the genus Thecochaos (Amoebozoa, Discosea) - a rediscovered group of lobose amoeba, with short SSU gene
Description
Fig. 6 A, B Multigene phylogeny of Thecochaos fibrillosum. A Tree based on the alignment of 58 genes, each individual gene alignment contained both Thecochaos (11 021 AA positions in total) and Stratorugosa gene sequences (18 761 AA positions in total). RAxML (LGX+ G4m model + I)/ Phylobayes (LG model with CAT approximation)/IqTree/ (LG+ F + R4 model). Black circles indicate full support by all methods used. "–" indicates that the pattern of branching was not recovered by one of the reconstruction methods used. Gray arrow indicates the alterative position of Stratorugosa clade under PhyloBayes analysis. B Tree based on the alignment of 151 protein-coding genes including either Thecochaos (13 898 AA positions) or Stratorugosa sequences (42 744 AA positions) or both, so the 58 gene set is also in. IQTree; Sh-aLRT supports values are indicated
