mustafaascha/nsqipr: Plastic Surgery and the presence of a July Effect

This release includes a Makefile so that users can see which scripts are run and in what order. Clone this repository using git clone https://github.com/mustafaascha/nsqipr and then run make --just-print to see just what is done to reach the results of this study. Refer to the README.md for further replication instructions.
