Employment and income are core factors that determine people's quality of life, playing an important role in ensuring social security and promoting sustainable development of society. In Vietnam, employment and income have improved significantly over the past decade, however, there are still many challenges that need to be faced, such as the high rate of informal employment, New income per capita is at an average level compared to the region.
