Topology based on mitochondrial gene cytochrome oxidase I (COI, 604 bp); B. Topology based on nuclear gene myosin heavy chain 6 cardiac muscle alpha (Myh6, 587 pb); and C. Topology based on concatenated dataset (COI+Myh6, 1,191 bp). The highlighted colors in the topologies represent each sampled river basin as indicated in the legend (below/right) and showed in Fig. 2A.
