An Overview of Global Responsible Research Assessment for Open Science

The presentation is about  Responsible Research Assessment Reforms, and how some research assessment practices were driving malpractices among researchers and hindering open science practices globally. The call for action was for universities and the academic community to move away from the main dependence of proxy quantitative metrics for research assessment and focus on the ultimate goal of research which is to generate knowledge that improves society and the life of people.
