Description

In this Deliverable, we demonstrated the use of datasets and workflows in BY-COVID to better understand the mechanisms of SARS-CoV-2, supporting research towards preventive or therapeutic approaches. To this end, we connected different data sources from the BY-COVID partners and the public domain to a systems biology knowledge repository of COVID-19 molecular mechanisms - the COVID-19 Disease Map.
