This release contains all the R code and data used for analyses and visualization in the submitted manuscript "Going with the flow? Relative importance of riverine hydrologic connectivity versus tidal influence for spatial structure of genetic diversity & relatedness in a foundational submersed aquatic plant". The scripts containing the code are organized into an RProjects that preserves paths to data and output across different computers.
