Armed violence on the post-soviet area

The article presents the author's views over one of the political science problems, which actuality and practical importance are continually growing. Many examples of armed violence usage in various kinds and levels relations (terrorist acts all over the world, events in North Caucuses, operation on compulsion of Georgia to peace in August, 2008 etc) are evidence to this fact.
