VALUABLE Exploitation Plan

The present deliverable is an output from the work done inside WP6, coordinated by IDENER, and it is closely related to the Dissemination and Communication activities taking place in WP7. Furthermore, the work reported here is based on the information provided by the whole consortium to ensure an adequate identification and explanation strategy definition of VALUABLE results. Thus, an initial exploitation plan for the VALUABLE project comprises this deliverable based on the information available in month six after the project has started. This plan includes identifying the main key exploitable results detected by a specific questionnaire, exploitation goals and pathway, main markets analysis (waste biomass producers and VALUABLE products users), and SWOT and risk analysis (weighted by its criticality and probability). Finally, the overall exploitation operational plan was also described, including the successive updates of the drafted plan (M17, M33, and M34), as this is a living document.
