Dataset, scripts, machine learning models, and results from Girona and Drymoni (2024), "Abnormal Low-Magnitude Seismicity Preceding Large-Magnitude Earthquakes," Nat. Commun., are included in this folder. Specifically, this folder contains the R script for data processing and analysis; the Matlab script used to create Figure 3, Figure 4, and Supplementary Movies 1 and 2; the machine learning models generated; the specific dataset used for training and testing; and a description of the the different files.
