Common name: Lemon Pansy.

Distribution: Kashmir (Moore, 1874; Fruhstorfer, 1912; Evans, 1932); Peile, 1937; Wynter-Blyth, 1957; Varshney & Smetacek, 2015; Gasse, 2018); Samba, Manda, Jasrota, Bani (Sheikh, 2018); Environmental park, Jammu (Saji et al., 2020-Q); Sunjwan, Jammu; BGSBU, Rajouri district (Taslima Sheikh, Recent record).

Material examined: India: J&K, Rajouri, BGSBU, 1200 m msl, 08-vii-2019, 33 ο 23’38.1”N 74 ο 20’32.2”E, coll. T. Sheikh, (MDZ).
