ОСНОВНІ ЗАСАДИ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ТРУДОВИХ ВІДНОСИН У СІЛЬСЬКОМУ ГОСПОДАРСТВІ УКРАЇНИ

The article analyzes the basic principles of legal regulation of labor in agriculture in Ukraine, the existence of theoretical and practical problems related to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of labor relations in agriculture in modern conditions of management and ways of their solution, proposes concrete proposals aimed at improving the current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates labor relations in agriculture.
